Sanjay specialises in advising individuals with regard to their estate and succession plans. Sanjay assists Plan Special Needs in advising clients on drafting of Wills, Trust structures, advising of family agreements, Family Constitutions etc.
Biography
Sanjay has over 24 years of post-qualification experience. He has worked for over 14 years with Deloitte and has advised clients on matters relating to personal, trust commercial, tax, FEMA and corporate laws and relating to shareholder agreements. He was associated with an independent Trustee Company which specialises in setting up and managing Family Trusts in India and headed the legal, finance and operations functions for about 5 years.
